Our Legislative Drafting Practice consists of attorneys who many times make contributions to the development and drafting of an enormous variety of legal guidelines and subsidiary legislation. In 2010, we recognized the growing significance of this specialist place of expertise and initiated a committed practice. Our Legislative Drafting Practice consolidates FLF’s expertise in the areas of legislation development and drafting, public and administrative law, procurement, structuring and governance of private and public sector entities including federal and local Governments.
